01

Our privacy commitments

Fyreball processes information to provide the content workflows you request. We aim to collect only what we need, explain how it is used, protect it with reasonable safeguards, and give you meaningful controls.

Private by default

Your workspace content is not visible to other Fyreball customers.

Purpose limited

Connected-account data is used for features you enable and the purposes explained here.

User controlled

You choose connections, publishing destinations, and when to disconnect.

02

Information we collect

The information we handle depends on how you use Fyreball:

  • Account information: name, email address, login and authentication details, organization or workspace information, and support communications.
  • Your content: videos, images, audio, captions, metadata, brand materials, product details, campaign information, links, promo codes, and instructions you submit.
  • Connected-account information: platform account and channel identifiers, profile details, authorization permissions, publishing status, and data returned by the platform’s API.
  • Usage and device information: feature interactions, timestamps, browser and device details, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostics, and security logs.
  • Commerce information: retailer references, product identifiers, affiliate-network details, tracking links, and performance information when you use those features.

We do not request or store the passwords you use to sign in to connected social platforms. Authentication is handled through each platform’s authorization process.

03

Connected-platform data

When you connect a social or commerce account, the authorization screen identifies the requested permissions. Depending on the features you enable, Fyreball may access profile or channel details, content and metadata, publishing permissions, post status, comments or engagement information, and analytics made available by that platform.

We use this information to display the correct account, prepare and publish content at your direction, synchronize publishing status, provide analytics, troubleshoot integrations, and maintain the connection. We do not use a platform connection for undisclosed purposes.

YouTube API Services

Fyreball uses YouTube API Services. Information received through those services is handled under this policy, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.

04

Your content and profiles stay separated

You retain ownership of all content you load into Fyreball. Uploading content gives us only the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, and transmit it for the features you request.

No automatic cross-profile sharing

Connecting multiple social profiles does not cause content or account data from one profile to be shared with another. Fyreball only sends content to a destination when you select or authorize that destination and initiate or approve the relevant workflow.

Your content is not accessible to other Fyreball customers. Access is limited to you, workspace members you authorize, service providers processing information on our behalf, and limited Fyreball personnel when necessary for support, security, compliance, or service operations.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content, sell it, or publish it for our own marketing without separate permission.

05

Audience and demographic insights

Connected platforms may provide high-level audience information, or Fyreball may derive general insights from authorized account and performance data. Depending on availability and your permissions, this can include age ranges, general geography, language, device or platform usage, audience interests, and engagement patterns.

We use these insights to provide analytics, recommend timing and content strategies, improve workflow quality, and better understand how Fyreball performs. We may also use aggregated or de-identified trends to improve the system across customers.

What we do not do

We do not use connected-platform data to identify individual audience members, facilitate surveillance, or intentionally infer sensitive traits such as health, race or ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or financial status.

06

How we use information

We use information to:

  • create and operate your account and workspace;
  • process, organize, repurpose, schedule, and publish content at your direction;
  • maintain connections with services you authorize;
  • show content status, campaign context, and performance analytics;
  • personalize and improve features, recommendations, and workflows;
  • provide customer support and communicate service updates;
  • detect abuse, protect accounts, debug failures, and maintain security;
  • comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service; and
  • analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve Fyreball.

We do not sell personal information or connected-platform data. We do not use Your Content to advertise third-party products to you.

07

When information is shared

We share information only in limited circumstances:

  • At your direction: with the profiles, platforms, retailers, or services you select for a workflow.
  • With your workspace: with teammates or collaborators you explicitly authorize.
  • With service providers: with vetted infrastructure, storage, security, analytics, support, and AI-processing providers working under contractual restrictions for Fyreball.
  • For safety and legal reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights and safety.
  • During a business transaction: as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Service providers may process information only to deliver services to Fyreball and may not use it for their own unrelated purposes.

08

AI-assisted processing

When you use AI-assisted features, relevant content and instructions may be processed to generate clips, captions, metadata, recommendations, classifications, schedules, or other outputs. We limit this processing to providing, securing, evaluating, and improving the requested features.

Where we use third-party AI providers, they act as service providers under applicable data-protection terms. Fyreball does not give other customers access to your prompts, content, or generated outputs.

09

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. These include access controls, encrypted network connections, credential and token protections, logging, monitoring, and limiting personnel access based on operational need.

No system can guarantee absolute security. You can help by protecting your credentials, reviewing workspace access, and promptly reporting suspicious activity to privacy@fyreball.io.

10

Retention, disconnection, and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security and records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, and platform requirements.

01Disconnect

Disconnect a platform through Fyreball or the platform’s account settings to stop future access.

02Request deletion

Email privacy@fyreball.io to request deletion of your account and associated stored data.

03Manage the source

Deleting data from Fyreball does not delete content held by a connected platform; manage that content through the platform itself.

For YouTube, you may also revoke Fyreball’s access through Google Security Settings. After revocation or a valid deletion request, we will delete stored YouTube Authorized Data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days, unless retention is legally required. We periodically verify authorization and refresh or delete YouTube API data as required by YouTube’s policies.

11

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

You can manage connected accounts through Fyreball and each platform’s settings, adjust browser cookie controls, update account information, or contact us to exercise a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

12

Other important details

Cookies and similar technology

Fyreball may use cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the Service, diagnose issues, and understand feature performance. Browser settings can help you control cookies, though disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

Children

Fyreball is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to Fyreball.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Fyreball evolves. We will post the updated date above and provide additional notice when changes are material.
